We explore our inner nature, where we find our “inner tree�. This connects us with our true strengths, our growth and potential. In Zen Art we focus our centering on the hara, the wellspring of all creativity.

We learn how to give expression to our natural individuality through voice work, movement and painting. Zen meditations, painting, exercises and meditations guide us. By placing trust in our own nature we can experience the workings of the universe through ourselves. We become our own 'bamboo flutes'!

The Sufi Tradition has given us meditation techniques to centre us in our hearts and to open us to a wide, wise heart.

Whirling (Dervish dance) and zirks (='memory') work like gateways to our inner beauty and breadth. In gratitude we allow inspiration for our inner vision to develop individually and to be expressed in a chosen form, be it poetry, song or painting.
